I moved to Bella Vista in 1986 and started my real estate career in 1989 working for Cooper Communities (the developer of Bella Vista). Working for the developer gave me the opportunity to gain a lot of knowledge about the engineering of the lots, septic system design and layout, New construction techniques and codes, and in general, the overall history of the area. I moved my license in 2001 to Hutchinson Realty where I have been for the past 20 years, working with existing home sales as well as new home construction.
