Thank you for making our long-time dream of purchasing a home in the Sierras a reality!  My wife and I have worked with many realtors on multiple occasions.  We both concluded you are THE best agent we have worked with.  I believe your prior sales and leadership experience in other domains complement your Realtor duties nicely--making you a "value-added" Realtor. From Day 1 you have provided us with a “both sides of the coin” approach to each property; an important aspect when a buyer is usually marketed a property.  At no time did you push us into closing a deal for expediency either.  You were also not discouraged when our offers on other properties were either outbid, accepted as a backup, accepted with best and final offer, and so on.  You also visited numerous properties on my behalf, took photos of the good and bad, and sent them with a clear explanation of your findings.  I especially appreciate that as I do not reside in the area.  Inclement weather didn’t stop you either!
