Representing buyers and sellers of real estate effectively means having an experienced, caring, agent representing you that truly cares about the word SERVICE. I have been representing buyers and sellers of Bella Vista clients now since 2011.

My wife Virginia and I moved to Bella Vista in 2008 after I retired from a career in small town Missouri banking positions for 43 years. During that time my major activity was lending money to customers for agricultural, small business, housing, and consumer needs. I also served as President of some of the small banks and kiddingly commented that I was also the assistant janitor. This helped to teach me the importance of listening to customers as to what they wanted to accomplish in their lives monetarily. At times it is still necessary for a Realtor to get to know clients and ask questions to figure out how to service that client whether buying or selling real estate.

During my lifetime of service I have tried to serve God, my family, and community activity as a small town Mayor, City Council, Economic Development groups, and participated with service organizations.
