Eric was fantastic! He was very patient in finding a house that met the specifications we needed. Communication was great and he never pushed a house just to make a sale. From the get go he has your best interest in mind. Could not recommend him more!. My parents needed certain specifications for their home to fit a wheelchair. It was an out of state move and Eric would quickly go and check out houses that we found online to tell us if they would work or not. He was always honest and working for us, not just a sale. The made the entire process so easy. 5 stars all around.

Whether you're looking to buy/sell/rent in NWA, Eric is your guy. He was recommended by a close friend years ago when we were looking for rental property. He found properties that met our minimal requirements and budget for a rental. Just recently we decided to buy a house and we called him and asked him to be our guy, again! He went above and beyond making sure that we found the house met our needs, within our budget and even offered to do some minor handyman duties that the sellers weren't going to fix. He responds quickly to emails and texts, and will give you an honest answer to your questions. If he doesn't have an answer, he will definitely find out for you. If we decide to upgrade/downgrade, Eric will be our go to guy
